We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise which may require you to postpone or alter your corporate flu vaccination session and we work extremely hard to accommodate your requirements as best we can. If given plenty of notice, this is not usually a problem.
If, however, in the unlikely event we cannot meet your requirements or if you have to cancel your booking, we do ask that you do this as soon as possible. You can contact a member of the corporate flu team to help you do this by either phone – 0845 050 5388 or email – .

We would like to make you aware that late cancellations will be subject to our workplace cancellation charges. We do our best to make these fees as fair as possible but understandably late cancellations create wasted vaccination session slots. workplace cancellation charges:

  • More than 5 working days notice of cancellation: No charge
  • Between 2 – 5 working days’ notice of cancellation: £100
  • Less than 1 working day (24 hours’) notice of cancellation: £250
