How do I make a complaint?
We endeavour to meet and even exceed your expectations, however, when we don’t, you have the right to make a complaint about any aspect of your corporate flu vaccination programme.
We welcome your comments, suggestions or feedback on our services and our staff and regularly seek feedback via an online patient survey.
